This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies only to this website and any other website or service controlled by the Company where the Privacy Policy is published or referenced (collectively referred to as the “Site”). The primary purpose of the website www.lemiautomazioni.it is to present the services and products of the Company. Providing data for the purposes of point 3.A is necessary to fulfill the informational request via the contact form, and refusal by the user will prevent the Company from fulfilling its contractual obligations and providing the user with the requested functionalities, services, and information. Providing data for the purposes of point 3.B is optional, and refusal by the user will not affect the provision of services, functionalities, and information requested via the Site. The Controller does not use automated decision-making processes, including profiling.

The user data is essential for providing our services, and the Controller does not sell user personal data to third parties
